They know just about everything when it comes to Aprilia and Guzzi. They can get you the parts you need, and if the price isn't reasonable, they'll get you one that is.
Micha is just a wizard when it comes to fixing/modifying Italian motorcycles. Tony over in parts has waited after hours at the store for almost an hour, just so I could pick up the part I needed to make my bike run. Eric is just an apprentice in the shop, but he spent almost two hours on the phone with me, for free, just trying to help me diagnose a problem.
I've never once had an experience here that wasn't personal, friendly, and attentive. These guys love to "take care of the people that take care of them," and pretty much nobody walks into that store twice without being greeted by their first name. I came into their circle by buying an RSV Mille and used them to service it. But buying a scooter or motorcycle from the guys at Moto, not only do you get the bike, but you get a group of new friends who will stop at nothing to make sure you're satisfied.
The only downside is that when it comes to emergency repairs, they tend to be too busy to get them in. A few days notice is all they really need.
