Our service department, bless their hearts, likes to tell it like it is. If they think a particular service should be done at a different frequency than called for, they’ll tell you. For instance, maybe riding in rainy Seattle you can stretch your air filter service but your short trips signify more frequent oil changes are needed. And maybe those engagement dogs in your Eldorado transmission are little worn, but we’ve seen dozens just like it and none jumped out of gear. And don’t be surprised if rather than the service manager isolating you from the person working on your bike that the mechanic actually enjoys finding out a little about you and your riding.

Our service department provides expertise, knowledge, skilled use of special and common tools, as well as a service facility equipped to perform but not limited to the following:

  • Regular manufacturer recommended maintenance for Aprilia and Moto Guzzi Motorcycles
  • Mechanical repairs
  • Electrical repairs
  • Electronic troubleshooting and engine management software handling
  • Hydraulic systems repairs including brakes
  • Cooling systems repairs
  • Tire replacements, including recommendations
  • Suspension set up
  • Set up and pre delivery inspections for new vehicles
  • Safety inspections
  • Buyer/seller motorcycle inspections
  • Generic tune-ups
  • Performance counseling
  • Esthetic counseling
  • Machining services specific to our line of products
  • We are a licensed agent of manufacturer’s warranty contract

We are not able to provide detailing, engineering, welding or bike washing services, as they are governed by specific regional licenses and facilities that we don’t have.

What to expect when you bring in your bike for service:

  • When coming in to our shop, you can expect to be met by one of our service department personnel who will gather necessary data about you and the vehicle.
  • After you explain what you would like to have done to your machine service department will provide you with a written cost estimate for the services/repairs.
  • If more than $100, you will be asked to give approval by signature. Depending on how extensive the repair is and what parts might need to be ordered (from where and the parts availability might also play a role), you should expect to be given a time line of the repair.
  • Don’t forget the keys! If possible, keep your luggage at home.

What will we charge to change your tires?

We mount and balance tires on Moto Guzzi and Aprilia motorcycles/wheels only.

Pricing:

  • Bring your own tires, on the bike/scooter, mount and balance: $150 for a pair, or $75 per tire
  • Bring your own tires and wheels only: $100 for a pair, or $50 per tire
  • Buy tires from us, and we mount and balance at no additional labor charge. $0
